Responsibilities
- - Ensure compliance and drive improvements through technician performance evaluations in the field, ensuring effectiveness of training, inspection technique and tool application, and process adherence - Support the qualification and certification of UAE inspection personnel under Gecko’s Commercial Written Practice - Collaborate with Engineering, and Field Operations to align NDT processes with evolving technology and customer needs.

- Role at a Glance The NDT Level III – UAE Operations serves as the on-site technical authority for Gecko’s inspection program in the UAE.
- This role operates under the direction of the Corporate Level III Manager and will certify under Gecko’s existing Commercial Written Practice which is identical in process to that used for US based personnel, ensuring standardization and compliance across all global operations.
- - Analytical, process-driven, and quality-oriented, with a deep understanding of industrial UT/PAUT inspection technologies.
- Required Skills - Minimum 10 years of UT/PAUT
- experience in industrial inspection. - ASNT or PCN Level III certification in UT/PAUT. - Proven
- experience applying NDT methods and processes. - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. - Excellent organizational and communication abilities. -
- Experience supporting customer relationships and inspection delivery in complex environments. Preferred Skills -
- Experience working with advanced or robotic NDT systems. - Familiarity with both traditional and emerging NDT technologies. - Prior SME
- experience in customer-facing or technical consulting roles. - Deep knowledge of damage mechanisms and inspection methodologies. -
- Experience within technology-driven or highly regulated industries.
