  • Responsibilities will include: Licensing and Regulatory Filings: Coordinate with the internal paralegal team, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders to support non-SEC licensing requirements, state qualifications, and non-investment adviser regulatory filings, helping ensure filings are timely, accurate, and efficiently managed.
  • Corporate Records and Entity Management: Help maintain and enhance Antares' corporate records, legal entity information, and related retention processes, including continued development and use of the Antares Legal Entity Management System.
  • KYC and Investor/Counterparty Requests: Support and help manage Antares' response process for high-volume Know Your Customer and anti-money laundering requests, working with internal teams to coordinate responses and identify opportunities to streamline recurring diligence workflows.
  • Non-Reliance Letters and NDAs: Draft, review, and negotiate non-reliance letters and non-disclosure agreements, balancing business objectives with appropriate protection of confidential information and legal risk management.
  • Commercial Contracts: Assist Deputy General Counsels and other attorneys with structuring, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including consulting and professional services agreements, leases, software licenses, vendor agreements, supplier agreements, and event-related contracts.
