Requirements

- What you'll own - Define and drive the 12-18 month roadmap for Core Access and Security, setting clear priorities, making hard tradeoffs, and keeping the team aligned on what matters most - Lead, coach, and grow a team of 3 PMs, building product craft, creating clarity, and developing the next generation of ButterflyMX product leaders - Partner tightly with the hardware team to align software and hardware roadmaps; great access experiences live at that intersection - Embed AI into how we build, from
- Experience owning a platform or core product; you've dealt with the complexity of decisions that affect everything downstream - Comfort in the hardware-software space; you understand what it means when firmware is involved and how hardware constraints shape what's possible on the software side - AI-forward thinking; you've shipped products with AI/ML components or have a clear point of view on where it belongs and where it doesn't - Strong communication; you can influence across engineering, design,
- Experience in proptech, physical security, or access control -
- Experience building products for field technicians, installers, or other non-desk-based users - Background working with embedded systems, IoT, or connected hardware
- You must have the authorization to work in the US to become an employee.
