Responsibilities
- Utilize analytics to provide actionable insights into marketing campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Campaign Execution and Workflow Automation: Design and execute marketing campaigns including but not limited to email programs, email nurture management webinar programs, inbound form processing etc. Develop and refine workflows for automation, improving efficiency and scalability of marketing efforts.
- Lead Management: Enhance lead management processes including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing to improve sales alignment and conversion rates.
Requirements
- You will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach, and more. What You'll Do:
- Marketing Technology Management: Oversee the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless integration and optimization of tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of
- experience in marketing operations, particularly in a technology-driven environment.
- Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Must be Marketo certified

Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $104,000 – $135,000
- The salary range reflects the expected base compensation for a fully qualified candidate at this level based on experience, qualifications, and market data at the time of posting. U.S.-Based
