Responsibilities
- Support Customer/User Research and Journey Design
- Conduct user research and facilitate journey design workshops to map out the customer journey.
- Design Product Roadmaps
- Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with customer business goals and strategic priorities.
- Set clear product objectives and metrics, and ensure that roadmaps are regularly updated to reflect evolving customer needs and market trends.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to manage the backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between UX and engineering teams to ensure alignment and address any roadblocks promptly. KPIs: Utilization
Requirements

- Your mission is to drive product success by designing customer-centric product roadmaps, interfacing with UI/UX teams, and managing the ongoing backlog of work that flows to engineering teams.

- Experience with product roadmap tools and software, running product experiments, and product launches •
- Experience with UX/UI concepts and technologies •
- Expertise in product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies
- Certifications in AWS, Agile, or related areas
- Knowledge of Security Best Practices, Cloud Economics, Serverless technologies, container-based architecture, software development frameworks, and cloud cost optimization •
