Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical and/or system problems via phone, email, or chat; troubleshoot, repair, and test solutions; fully document and escalate if necessary.
Requirements
- We are seeking applicants with strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of ERP systems.
- What you will be doing: Acquire and maintain current knowledge of Vision ERP software.
- Follow procedures to troubleshoot client-server software application issues involving Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Server, and network printers.
- experience in service support. Good knowledge of Microsoft Server and Unidata or other PICK Databases. Database management and architecture experience. Knowledge of ERP systems is an asset.
- Experience with documenting procedures.
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Familiarity with Windows server and desktop environments.
- Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
- What could set you apart: Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Excel, Word, ERP applications, or analytical tools.
- Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, UDP).
- Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes.
