Ensure subcontractor compliance with contractual requirements, delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
Administer and maintain subcontract files and procurement documentation in accordance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable government regulations.
Monitor subcontract performance and support risk mitigation efforts by proactively identifying and resolving subcontract-related issues.
Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Legal teams to support program objectives and subcontract execution.
Review and reconcile subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with subcontract terms and funding requirements.
Support and participate in subcontract negotiations, including pricing, terms and conditions, statements of work, and compliance requirements.
Prepare and present subcontract status reports, metrics, analyses, and management briefings to support business and program decision-making.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior subcontract administrators and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Support internal and external audits, corrective actions, and compliance reviews as required.
