Responsibilities

Validate healthcare datasets to ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness for downstream analytics and operational use.
Support Azure-based data integrations and pipelines used in client onboarding and implementation workflows.
Collaborate with internal engineering, analytics, and implementation teams to resolve data issues and improve processes.
Participate in design discussions and reviews related to healthcare data use cases.
Support the adoption of AI and machine learning tools to enhance healthcare data validation and implementation processes. Employment

The position partners closely with clients and internal teams to validate, interpret, and operationalize complex healthcare and EMR data within Azure-based platforms.
Embracing New Ideas – Adopts emerging tools and technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, to improve healthcare data implementations.
Apply hands-on knowledge of EMR systems .
Experience 3 to 5 Years Desired Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
experience , including familiarity with healthcare-specific data structures and terminology. Hands-on
experience working with EMR systems , with Meditech strongly preferred . Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 .
Experience working in client-facing, consultative, or implementation-focused roles . Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Technical
experience with: SQL and data validation techniques Azure tools (e.g., Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, or similar) Python or equivalent scripting languages Interest in or exposure to AI and machine learning tools , particularly as applied to healthcare data.
experience Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
Each associate will earn a professional certification relevant to their field and can obtain tuition reimbursement.

This position pays between $101,600 - 144,900 based on
benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial health of you and your family, including healthcare, time off, retirement, and well-being programs.

Compensation decisions consider many job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location; knowledge; skills; relevant experience; education; licensure; internal equity; time in position.
A candidate entry rate of pay does not typically fall at the minimum or maximum of the role’s range.
