- What You’ll Be Doing Conduct routine sampling and testing of aggregates to support quality control processes Assist with analyzing test data and preparing clear, accurate documentation Support troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve quality-related issues Collaborate with plant and lab teams to maintain consistent product standards Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality control program What We Are Looking For Ongoing degree in Civil/Materials Technology, Construction
- experience in construction material testing preferred Entry-level candidates with technical background considered Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work Ability to learn and apply testing procedures, tools, and quality standards Effective communication skills and willingness to collaborate with cross‑functional teams Comfort working in both laboratory and field environments Initiative, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
