Responsibilities
- Advise the Americas regional team, including senior leadership, on a broad range of legal and commercial matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including sales, distribution, marketing, influencer, production, agency, venue and event agreements.
- Support real estate, retail expansion and corporate matters across the region.
- Collaborate with the Talent team on employment law matters.
- Oversee disputes, litigation strategy and external counsel management.
- Build scalable legal processes, playbooks and training to help the business move faster while managing risk.
- Support strategic Legal Team projects as needed. Your Story:
Requirements
- Law degree and 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience, including in-house experience.
- Experience at a global consumer-facing product company is preferred.

- Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
