Senior Lead, Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

  • Advise the Americas regional team, including senior leadership, on a broad range of legal and commercial matters.
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including sales, distribution, marketing, influencer, production, agency, venue and event agreements.
  • Support real estate, retail expansion and corporate matters across the region.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team on employment law matters.
  • Oversee disputes, litigation strategy and external counsel management.
  • Build scalable legal processes, playbooks and training to help the business move faster while managing risk.
  • Support strategic Legal Team projects as needed. Your Story:

Requirements

  • Law degree and 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience, including in-house experience.
  • Experience at a global consumer-facing product company is preferred.
