- experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or international people support -
- Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable - Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail - Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar preferred) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic - Professional, discreet, and confident working with confidential information - Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, global environment Why Join

- The Role We are seeking a highly organised, internationally minded HR and Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations across MENA and APAC markets.
- Based in Riyadh, this role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and People teams globally to deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and employee experience.
- We are initially hiring on contract with the chance to go permanent after 6 months.

- Responsibilities International Recruiting Coordination - Coordinate and schedule interviews across MENA, APAC, Europe, and the US, managing multiple time zones with accuracy and urgency - Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates across international markets - Ensure a consistent and high quality candidate
- requirements Operational Excellence and Scale - Partner with the International People team to standardise and improve global recruiting and HR workflows - Support reporting on international hiring activity, time to hire, and operational metrics - Identify process gaps across regions and contribute to scalable, repeatable solutions - Assist with cross regional people initiatives as Cognition expands globally
