Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and high-level financial package.
Prepare, interpret, and communicate financial reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to business partners within Workday.
Support and manage ad hoc projects. About You Required
Build effective partnerships across the Professional Services & Field Sales business units.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 5+ years related Finance experience. Other
Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the attitude to deliver and think ahead.
Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
Experience with full P&L modeling including top line analysis and capacity modeling is a plus.
Knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
