- What you will be doing - Independently contribute to following areas - - Support finance systems for Period close activities of Finance operations - Automate Accounting Process using cutting edge technology - Core Accounting, External reporting Transformation Projects - Core Accounting, External reporting Operational changes - FP&A business requests - Identify Accounting/Finance process gaps and provide suggestions - AI evangelist - Able to use best of class AI tools to quickly create wireframes, FSDs, use
- - Lead quality assurance by defining testing strategies and identify risks; - Ensure issues are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner; - Assist in creating training materials and documentation for Finance users including release notes What we need to see - A Bachelor’s degree (preferably with an emphasis in Information Systems, Computer Science), or equivalent
- experience working on IT Finance Implementations or Operations as a Business Systems Analyst at a firm or corporation - Overall
- experience of 3+ years or more as an IT Business Systems Analyst on Finance (Core Accounting, External reporting, FP&A). -
- Experience working on Workday Finance module and other ERP’s -
- Experience in building Custom Applications - Strong AI
- Experience of Integrating custom or 3rd party applications with Workday/Other ERPs - Strong Knowledge of Accounting Concepts and Principles - Good understanding and working knowledge on Databases, writing SQL queries, Python Scripts etc -
- Experience in SDLC - Highly developed written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented & should know how to adapt to changing requirements.
- - Successful in dealing with company personnel at all levels - Expert leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to participate in any cross-functional team and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally with users ranging from executive to line level - Ability to work independently and with a team Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
