Drive modernization of financial planning & forecasting, capital & operating expense governance, and human capital planning Ensure alignment between enterprise planning capabilities and other strategic initiatives related to reliability, affordability, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and clean energy transition goals.
Establish enterprise standards for project governance, capital forecasting, schedule management, and financial performance tracking.
Ensure tight integration between SAC, EPPM, SAP S/4HANA, enterprise data platforms, and reporting environments.
Lead vendor and systems integrator relationships, including scope management, delivery oversight, and accountability for outcomes.
Drive adoption of modern planning capabilities, including predictive forecasting, executive dashboards, analytics, and scenario modeling.
Build strong cross-functional relationships across Finance, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and IT organizations.
Establish governance structures, training strategies, operating models, and support frameworks.
Drive process standardization and enterprise-wide alignment around planning and forecasting methodologies.
Support development of advanced analytics, predictive forecasting, and future AI-enabled decision support capabilities using enterprise planning data.

Requirements
Position Summary Enterprise Planning Transformation Leadership Lead the enterprise implementation strategy for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP EPPM across Xcel Energy.
SAP SAC & EPPM Delivery Leadership Oversee end-to-end implementation delivery, including strategy, design, build, testing, deployment, integration, and operational stabilization.
Data, Analytics & AI Readiness Partner with enterprise data and analytics teams to establish scalable, AI-ready planning and forecasting capabilities.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of progressive leadership
experience in large-scale ERP, enterprise planning, or digital transformation initiatives. 5+ years leading enterprise SAP implementations or major transformation programs.
Experience implementing or managing SAP SAC, SAP EPPM, SAP BPC, SAP S/4HANA, or related enterprise planning technologies.
Experience managing large consulting/vendor partnerships and enterprise program budgets. Preferred Requirements
Experience within utilities, energy, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive industries.
Experience supporting large-scale capital portfolio management and financial planning processes.
Familiarity with enterprise forecasting, workforce planning, project portfolio governance, and operational planning.
Experience integrating enterprise planning solutions with cloud-based analytics and AI platforms.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
High degree of ownership, accountability, and organizational leadership.
