  • What will you be doing? You will lead the Advanced Wound Management business across the Nordic countries, taking full ownership of sales performance, profitability and long term growth.
  • Working closely with country leaders, international colleagues and key customers, you will set the commercial direction for the region and turn strategy into measurable results.
  • Day to day, you will be guiding and inspiring a cross country sales leadership team, developing robust commercial plans, and ensuring strong execution across major accounts, tenders and go to market initiatives.
  • A proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing P&L and leading through others across complex, multi country environments
  • Strong strategic capability, with the ability to translate market insight into clear, executable commercial plans
