Responsibilities
- Identify , qualify and close expansion opportunities inside existing accounts ( additional editions, more rooms, more partners, broader use cases).
- Design and build our professional services function: scoping, pricing, packaging, delivery model and the playbooks behind it.
- Own the signals, the cadence and the interventions. Catch issues early.
