Responsibilities
- Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and agencies.
- Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through thoughtful client consultation, performance analysis, and solution-oriented storytelling.
- Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations using market trends, performance data, and industry context to advise clients on how to scale on Reddit.
- Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify and communicate product feedback and market insights to cross-functional teams to influence Reddit’s go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Cultivate strong client relationships with a customer-first mindset, balancing client priorities with Reddit best practices and long-term success planning.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements
- With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 126 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information.
- We’re building Reddit’s Mid-Market team in North America to support a rapidly expanding book of advertisers who are looking to grow their businesses through Reddit’s unique, intent-rich communities.
- Please note that this role is required to work in person from our San Francisco office 1–2 days per week. Core Responsibilities
- experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
- Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual - with a strong ability to craft and present narratives that drive action.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution. Benefits:

- To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state.
- We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
- The base salary range for this position is: $129,400 — $181,100 USD
