Mailing Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Operate postal banding equipment and shrink wrap finishing machinery while organizing and separating mail according to mailing statements;
- Prepare postal pallets with proper strapping, placards, caps and wrap;
- Organize and deliver quality control flags to quality techs in a timely manner;
- Maintain sortation and quality logs based on mail sequencing;
- Perform return mail function as available;
- Report any unsafe conditions and take actions to prevent personal injuries.
- Support our interdependent safety culture by ensuring the safety of your co-workers.
Requirements
- Learn and understand how to use job manifests to identify and correct any sortation issues within individual mailings;
- Minimum Core Competencies: ü Effective communication skills. ü Ability to collaborate to meet common business objectives. ü Self-motivated with effective interpersonal skills. ü Commitment and flexibility to assure business expectations are met daily. Required
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate and legible records requiring basic math calculations.
