Responsibilities

  • Manage and update schedules in real-time while maintaining ongoing communication with technicians, customers, and management. •
  • Review daily calls to ensure accuracy in skill level, parts, special instructions, and payment methods. •
  • Optimize technician routes to reduce travel time, cut costs, and prevent call backs. •
  • Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups by the appropriate team members. •
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the correct personnel with professionalism and efficiency. •

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. •
  • Experience with home services or ServiceTitan is a big plus! •
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments. •
  • Solid understanding of contracts, warranties, and internal policies. •
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.

Experience

  • 2+ years of dispatching and/or customer service experience preferred. •
