Responsibilities
- Build and manage CRM workflows, automation sequences, lead routing, and pipeline configurations •
- Create and maintain custom properties, fields, forms, records, and segmentation structures •
- Develop CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics for business leaders and operational teams •
- Manage user setup, permissions, teams, roles, and access controls •
- Maintain CRM data quality through deduplication, list management, segmentation, and data governance processes •
- Support CRM integrations with ERP systems, marketing platforms, telephony systems, analytics tools, and other business applications •
- Execute platform updates, data migration activities, and import/export operations •
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support across sales, marketing, and customer service teams •
- Maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, data dictionaries, and configuration records Required
Requirements
- We are seeking a HubSpot / Dynamics 365 Administrator to support the configuration, optimization, reporting, automation, and ongoing administration of HubSpot and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- experience with HubSpot and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 •
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, CMS, etc.) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred •
- Experience supporting CRM implementation, optimization, or migration projects • Strong
- experience with CRM automation tools including HubSpot Workflows and/or Power Automate •
- Proficiency in CRM reporting, dashboard development, and analytics •
- Experience supporting CRM integrations and data migration activities •
- Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service business processes •
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 3–5+ years of CRM administration
