Enterprise Recruitment Representative

Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced engagement techniques across various platforms, including cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct a high volume of partner engagement (minimum 5–8 recruitment partner visits daily) and train partners on processes, top schools/programs, and admission
  • Serve as a friendly point of contact for institutional stakeholders, promoting clear communication and collaboration with ApplyBoard teams.

Requirements

  • ApplyBoard simplifies the study abroad application process by connecting international students, international student advisors, and educational institutions on one personalized platform.
  • experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enrollment processes and strategies within differentiated institutions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
