Experience Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of senior sales leadership experience, with a preference of field sales

The Director OE Sales Commercial, APAC will define and lead the regional OE growth strategy, targeting leadership within premium brands and/or doubling SOM within five years, with full P\&L accountability. Job Duties /
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Shape and translate global OE strategy into a differentiated regional roadmap, aligning market positioning, customer segmentation, and portfolio priorities to deliver AOP targets (volume, price, mix, EBIT, cash) Own and strategically develop global and regional OEM partnerships, influencing long-term platform allocation, co-development opportunities, and share of wallet Drive sustainable profitable growth, leading pricing strategy, margin expansion,
