Responsibilities
- Responsabilities: Lead project by assembling and leading an integrated project team with accountability for project performance (Safety/Quality/Cost/Schedule) Set key Gate dates and develops plan to support project goals/timelines, including aligning with operational constraints Plan and ensure project deliverable reviews are completed on time and to the required quality Ensure stakeholder alignment on project objective and strategies (POS), concept selection, overall schedule and project cost and value
Requirements
- Responsabilities: University Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant degree P. E.
- Experience managing capital projects in FEL2 and FEL3. Prior
- experience managing industrial control systems projects would be considered an asset.
- The candidate must have leadership and personnel management skills, and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively Proficiency in most Project Management skills (e.g. execution planning, contracting/procurement, cost estimating, project controls, planning & scheduling, organization design, etc. ) Ability to work cross-culturally and adapt to different time zones Ability to manage remote teams #LI-AG3

- Summary: Responsible for leading a cross-functional, integrated project team driving competitive project performance in Stage 2 (FEL2) on projects at the La Barge production facility in Wyoming.
- Duties will include planning and assembling project teams, leading the project through Gate reviews, managing Contractors, and project stewardship.
