Responsibilities

Coordinate daily client case scheduling, ensuring appropriate caregiver coverage and ongoing communication with clients and families Manage staffing operations, including anticipating workforce needs, supporting hiring and orientation, and participating in on call rotation Oversee payroll, billing, and data accuracy by coordinating, entering, and auditing weekly payroll/billing and maintaining client and employee records Conduct and support client consultations, on site home and Required
