experience in Corporate Accounting - 2+ years of
experience managing and developing teams - Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with the ability to guide teams and ensure accurate, compliant accounting practices - Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance - Active CPA license, demonstrating deep technical accounting expertise Preferred
Experience in healthcare and/or high-growth startup environments - Background in Big 4 Public Accounting - Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset We're serious about your well-being!
