Requirements
- Passion for working with data and an analytical mindset to turn raw data into actionable insights using various tools (Excel / Google Sheets, Sigma Computing, Claude Code, etc.) •
- Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively •
- Strong team orientation with collaborative style; ability to work effectively across internal teams, communicating clearly and comprehensively to meet project deadlines •
- Proven ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors •
- Highly effective verbal and written communications skills; ability to distill complex concepts/information to employees and Senior Leaders in a digestible manner •
- Knowledge of regulatory
- Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.

- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytically sound Compensation Lead to own the end-to-end management of our compensation systems.
- In this role you will play a key role in the day to day compensation operations and ensuring our programs are effective and competitive. What You’ll Do: •
- Manage the end-to-end administration of our semiannual compensation processes •
- Develop and participate in all components of our annual compensation studies to evaluate Affirm’s competitive market positioning, including: auditing roles (responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements), job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements, leading our benchmarking survey submission/review process, and evaluating/recommending updates to our cash and equity compensation structures/ranges •
- Conduct special projects for ad hoc compensation analyses across a variety of areas, including incentive compensation, equity programs, and pay equity analyses •
- Assist with compensation training and communications What We Look For: • 5+ years of
- experience in compensation or people analytics •
- Experience with compensation management systems (with a strong preference towards Pave) •
- requirements and the ability to establish and maintain compliance of all plans and programs Pay Grade - K Equity Grade - 6
- Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
- Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and
- benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
- USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $145,000 - $205,000
- USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $128,000 - $188,000
