Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill business roles across Alpaca.
- Build proactive pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping — especially for specialized fintech profiles.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate
- Improve recruiting processes and infrastructure, including interview training, ATS hygiene, structured interviewing, and scalable documentation.

- As Senior Business Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact business and operational roles across Alpaca, including brokerage, compliance, finance, go-to-market, strategy, and product functions.

- Who You Are (Must-Haves):
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coach senior leaders while running efficient hiring processes. •
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior candidates and stakeholders professionally and credibly.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience partnering on technical or infrastructure hiring alongside engineering recruiting teams.
- Familiarity with global hiring dynamics (NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM), including regional talent markets and compliance considerations. •
- Experience with Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and building scalable recruiting workflows and dashboards. How We Take Care of You:
