Requirements

  • This is a genuine product ownership: roadmap, go-to-market, commercial performance, and P&L β€” all yours.
  • πŸš€ Take new products to market β€” product requirements, business case, competitive positioning, and go-to-market plan.
  • πŸ“ Familiarity with the standards β€” we work with UL 1436, NFPA 70E, IEC 61010, IEC 61243-5, EN 50110, IEC 61508 / SIL β€” so with a working knowledge of some, and the ability to translate them into winning product requirements.
  • Practical understanding of low-voltage electrical systems, isolation procedures, LOTO/LOTOTO, and voltage indication/testing in industrial maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of one or more of: UL 1436, NFPA 70E, IEC 61010, IEC 61243-5, EN 50110 or functional safety (IEC 61508 / SIL).
  • Experience managing distribution channels and multiple routes to market globally.
  • Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related) preferred; equivalent industry
  • experience considered. Nice-to-haves UL certification experience and working with NRTLs.
  • Deeper functional safety knowledge (SIL, safety PLCs, ProfiSafe / CIP Safety).
  • Familiarity with the machinery safety or industrial interlocking market.
