Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of all preventative maintenance and PM related jobs plans as per schedule.
- Create the daily work schedule based on the weekly schedule and production outages.
- Review Work Order Feedback to ensure it is accurate and complete and implement productivity improvement plans.
Requirements
- Assists workers in troubleshooting equipment problems based on observations and applying knowledge of past experience.
- Strong in field presence overseeing the safe execution of maintenance orders following precision maintenance practices Develop staff and motivate workforce for high-performance maintenance team What do you need for this role? High School/GED required.
- Technical Secondary School certificate in Industrial Mechanics or Electrical Is highly preferred. 5+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience 5+ years of Maintenance experience SAP experience
