Responsibilities

  • What that looks like concretely: - Growth strategy across channels. - Own the full growth strategy across paid, organic, brand, and product-led motions. - Acquisition at scale. - Scale inbound demand through performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, virality loops, and bold stunts (e.g. our “Stop Hiring Humans” billboards). - Conversion optimization. - Build and optimize funnels across web, product, and sales hand-off.
  • Instrument every step and improve it with data. - Product-led growth. - Design onboarding flows, paywall moments, and in-product upsell and expansion paths to drive PLG adoption. - Brand & community. - Turn Artisan into a cult brand.
  • Architect viral campaigns, UGC loops, and social dominance across LinkedIn, X, and beyond. - Analytics & experimentation. - Build the growth model, own the dashboards, and run continuous experiments across every channel.

Requirements
