- Eligibility Our (2L) 2027 Summer Law Clerk positions are limited to J.D. students who attend an ABA accredited law school that will graduate in December 2027 or May 2028.

- Beyond the exposure to real-world matters, the Summer Law Clerk Program also includes opportunities to socialize and get to know both your peers as well as other attorneys and Firm leaders.
- At the start of the program, all Summer Law Clerks will spend a few days in Syracuse, NY for a mandatory orientation program.
- Qualifications Class of 2028 (or Dec. 2027) J.D. student enrolled at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills.

- The weekly salary range for Summer Law Clerks is $2,115 - $2,400.
- This pay range represents the firm’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position.
- Actual compensation will depend on office location.
