Product Manager, Financial Systems

Responsibilities

• - Drive Execution: Ship improvements and new functionality that make it easier for customers to understand how we’re performing as a partner.

Requirements

• Pivotal Health combines software, data, and service into a seamlessly integrated, AI-driven platform that simplifies these complex reimbursement workflows.
• - Data Integrity & Systems Alignment: Define sources of truth and ensure consistency across systems like Salesforce and internal financial tooling.
• - Financial Systems & Integrations: Work on initiatives that surface and power the flow of funds through the IDR process, ledger creation, and integrations with tools like QuickBooks, Brex, and Salesforce.
• experience in Product Management - Strong execution mindset.
• experience using SQL and doing financial analysis. - Technical fluency: you can engage deeply with engineering, understand technical tradeoffs, and drive clear, informed decisions. - Strong systems thinking ability: you can anticipate edge cases and failure modes, and design products and workflows that hold up in real-world complexity - Strong communicator who can clearly explain decisions, tradeoffs, and priorities. - High ownership mindset.
• You take initiative and follow through without needing constant direction. - Interest in AI/ML and how it can be applied to workflows and automation EXTRA CREDIT EXPERIENCE -
• Experience working on financial systems, payments, or reporting - Background in consulting, banking, or other analytical environments -
