Clinical Accreditation Manager

Responsibilities

Lead accreditation readiness efforts, including gap analyses, policy development, and survey preparation
Guide clients through mock audits, corrective action planning, and ongoing compliance efforts
Develop tools, templates, and processes that support scalable and sustainable compliance
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on approach and priorities
Deliver training and provide ongoing education on accreditation standards
Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement across quality programs

Success in this role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence decisions—not just execute tasks. What You’ll Do
PharmD and active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing
Experience with compliance, audits, or quality initiatives Preferred:
Exposure to URAC or ACHC accreditation
People management or project management experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams or external stakeholders What Sets You Apart

Compensation: $144,000 – $150,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits (based on
