Responsibilities
- Lead accreditation readiness efforts, including gap analyses, policy development, and survey preparation
- Guide clients through mock audits, corrective action planning, and ongoing compliance efforts
- Develop tools, templates, and processes that support scalable and sustainable compliance
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align on approach and priorities
- Deliver training and provide ongoing education on accreditation standards
- Identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement across quality programs
Requirements
- Success in this role requires strong judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence decisions—not just execute tasks. What You’ll Do
- PharmD and active U.S. Pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience with compliance, audits, or quality initiatives Preferred:
- Exposure to URAC or ACHC accreditation
- People management or project management experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or external stakeholders What Sets You Apart
