- Why This Role Is Different No night shift required.
- You may work entirely during your normal Philippine business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Philippine Time This role supports U.S.-based business development activities, but your work schedule aligns naturally with our overnight hours in Texas.
- By the time executives arrive at their offices in the United States, your outreach activities will already be completed and waiting in their inboxes.
- Occasional meetings with the Founder & CEO may occur during: 8:00 PM Texas Time / 9:00 AM Philippines Time 7:00 PM Texas Time / 8:00 AM Philippines Time These meetings fit comfortably within normal Philippine working hours.
- Position Overview This position is responsible for: researching executive contacts maintaining outreach databases sending personalized emails using approved templates updating CRM records tracking responses and activities preparing weekly reports This is an execution-focused role.
- Responsibilities Executive Research Research executive contacts using: Company websites Leadership pages LinkedIn Apollo Press releases Annual reports Conference speaker lists Identify: First name Last name Title Organization Email address LinkedIn profile Organization type Database Management Maintain: Contact spreadsheets CRM records Activity trackers Response trackers Ensure all information is: accurate complete up to date Email Outreach Send personalized emails using company-approved templates.
- LinkedIn Outreach Send LinkedIn connection requests and maintain tracking records.
- Weekly Reporting Submit: Contact research tracker Email activity report CRM export Response report Weekly summary report Daily Performance
- Requirements Research Minimum: 60 new executive contacts per day.
- Email Outreach Minimum: 60 personalized emails per day.
