- Responsibility: The nominated Risk and Opportunity Manager is responsible to manage risk and opportunities which are relevant to the accountable Manager’s business.
- It shall cover the whole context, at least the business with its operational work and executed processes.
- Duties of a Risk and Opportunity Manager: A Risk and Opportunity Manager shall act in the spirit of the Airbus Group Policy CDS-009 'Enterprise Risk Management' and perform the following activities: - Establish the context and prepare the ROM plan, - Schedule, initiate, manage with ROM stakeholders and execute ROM process activities (according to Figure 1), - Clarify accountabilities (especially: R/O owner, R/O response action owner), - Promote an anticipation and ROM-oriented mind-set, - Special focus:
