- Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 8+ years of
- experience in indirect tax, tax operations, tax compliance, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of global indirect tax concepts and the ability to apply them in a multi-country environment.
- Demonstrated project coordination skills, including the ability to organize work, manage deadlines, and support multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency analyzing large, complex data sets.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams. •
- Experience supporting tax process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled workflow design.
- Experience supporting global indirect tax compliance, audits, reserves, or business transformation projects.
- Ability to develop presentations, training content, or process documentation for cross-functional audiences.
- Familiarity with data reconciliation and controls in a multi-system environment.
