Responsibilities
- - Support retention and development strategies that align with Saronic’s mission and growth.
- - Ensure accurate documentation, consistency, and compliance in partnership with HR Operations.
- - Collaborate on developing tools, processes, and communications that enhance manager capability and employee experience.
Requirements
- While maintaining a solid understanding of core HR functions, your focus will be on building strong partnerships and coaching leaders to foster a high-performing, mission-aligned culture.
- - Maintain working knowledge of relevant federal and state labor laws, especially those applicable to the defense sector.
- QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a consultative or partner role - Strong business acumen and ability to connect HR strategy to operational goals - Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development - Skilled communicator with strong coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills - Comfort working in a dynamic environment with
- Experience in startup or high-growth settings is a plus - Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer - Occasional standing and walking within the office - Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment - Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports - Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies - Lifting and carrying
