  • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, market share expansion, and profitability across GY Korea’s portfolio of products and services.
  • The role leads regional programs and activities, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies.
  • It also oversees sales performance management, including monitoring effectiveness and GTN, while leading monthly sales meetings to align the team on GYK’s sales strategy and performance objectives.
  • What You'll Do You will plan, implement, and execute programs to ensure 100% compliance in achieving financial objectives, including unit targets and GP amount.
  • You will develop short- and long-term channel strategies and programs aligned with the company’s business direction, objectives, and overall strategy.
  • You will create and deliver strong customer value propositions through business consulting, training, sales strategies, marketing programs, and consumer claim handling, and collaborate with dealers to develop sub-dealers using best business practices integrated into key customer plans.
  • You will lead core sales activities including planning, reporting, sales objective setting, sales program implementation, and territory mapping.
  • You will proactively identify opportunities to improve sales processes by working closely with the sales team and prioritizing key initiatives, while coordinating with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive operational excellence.
  • You will manage daily and weekly analysis of sales units, pricing, and margins, ensuring efficient information flow across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
