  • Description Delivery of the CQ-9B Tactical Coordinator (TACCO) course incorporating theory, synthetic and live flying phases Provide TACCO subject matter expertise (SME) support to the joint Pilot and Sensor Operator (SO) CQ-9B course Provide oral and written SME to other members of the CAE Mission Crew Instructor cadre Ensure delivered training is consistent with training objectives and teaching points in the training plan, per applicable training standards Deliver synthetic and live training using
  • experience as a TACCO instructor, preferably on the CP-140, but other Canadian maritime platforms will be considered Formal training in Instructional Techniques Anti-surface Unit Warfare and Search and Rescue
  • Experience with writing and amending multi-media instructional courseware Familiar with quality standards, training plans, and training media used to ensure teaching points are met as per Training Standards Superior interpersonal and communication skills Physically able to perform all instructional tasks in a live and synthetic setting Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident or on a valid Work Permit Capable of obtaining and maintaining both Controlled Goods and a
  • experience Exposure to Signals intelligence Exposure to Electro Optic / Infra-Red (EO/IR) systems
