  • Execute Technical Risk assessments to support MDA Operational Capacity List (OCL) Decisions.

Requirements

  • In this role you will focus on advancing mission-critical initiatives through comprehensive spectrum lifecycle management --including system certification, frequency authorization, interference resolution, and global deployment coordination.
  • Support Mission Execution and disposition of Execution Risks and Event Observations in Daily MRWGs Required: Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) field 7+ years of
  • experience Active Secret clearance Understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) theory and electromagnetic principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Teams Desired: Graduate of a military spectrum management school 4+ years of
  • experience within federal/DoW spectrum management Ability to obtain / Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance
  • Experience with Spectrum XXI (SXXI) Knowledge of the NTIA Manual (Redbook)
  • Experience with the GEMSIS suite (Stepstone, Host Nation Spectrum Worldwide Database Online [HNSWD-O], Joint Spectrum Data Repository [JSDR], Integrated Spectrum Desktop) Knowledge of electromagnetic propagation modeling, wave behavior, and signal attenuation
  • Experience with MATLAB or other programming languages Knowledge of the Joint Spectrum Interference Resolution Online (JSIR-O) portal
  • Experience with NTIA EL-CID Knowledge of standard engineering practices
