Requirements

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required Extensive
experience in pediatric coding , including pediatric surgical specialties (required) Progressive leadership
experience in coding operations, including people management Strong knowledge of ICD‑10‑CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, and pediatric‑specific coding guidelines Proven
experience driving coding quality, compliance, and operational performance Ability to partner effectively with executive, clinical, and operational leaders Preferred
Qualifications Professional coding certification(s) (e.g., CCS, CPC, RHIA, RHIT)
