- Are you hands-on, mechanically inclined, and motivated by face-to-face customer interactions? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with tools, and earning great pay by helping customers choose the right solutions for their home?
- This unique role blends mechanical expertise with in-home consultative sales .
- You won’t just diagnose and fix problems — you’ll also educate homeowners, recommend upgrades, and close the sale on the spot. What You’ll Do •
- Meet with homeowners in person, build trust, and present tailored solutions. •
- Upsell products and services based on customer needs. •
- Complete 4–5 pre-scheduled appointments daily (all leads provided). •
- experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, general building, or similar trades). •
- Strong communication and sales skills with a track record of upselling or closing deals. •
- Great driving record, clean background, and ability to pass a drug screen. •
- Comfort lifting 50 lbs overhead and working with tools. •
