experience supporting multi-billion-dollar industrial, semiconductor, energy, or EPC mega-projects, with expertise in Primavera P6, critical path methodology (CPM), forecasting, integrated project controls systems, and contractor oversight within complex matrix organizations.

Position Summary The Project Controls Manager provides leadership and oversight for integrated project controls execution across large-scale capital programs and mega-project environments.
This role is responsible for managing cost controls, scheduling, forecasting, Earned Value Management (EVM), risk analysis, change management, and performance reporting to support consistent, data-driven project delivery.
Working closely with project leadership, EPC contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Project Controls Manager establishes and maintains project controls standards, governance procedures, performance baselines, and reporting frameworks aligned with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and EVM principles.
Responsibilities include overseeing resource-loaded schedules, forecasting, trend analysis, contractor performance, and executive reporting to support proactive risk mitigation and strategic decision-making.
