Responsibilities
- Build, lead and manage high-performing teams, managers, and individuals, across multiple locations, including providing performance reviews, continual feedback, and career growth.
- Define and deliver on long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs collaborating with product management and engineering leadership/executives.
- Define success criteria, delivery plans, track risks, and ensure successful execution of Risk’s most complex programs.
- Make substantial improvements to how the teams you work with communicate and operate to significantly increase the productivity and efficiency of the teams. Who you are
Requirements
- experience of varying seniority, including managing managers
- experience in finding and growing talent through coaching, mentoring, and career development conversations •
- Experience driving technical programs from ideation to delivery at scale and leading teams of Technical Program Managers who have done the same •
