Responsibilities
- Manage and comply with established EHS MS programs, business unit initiatives, and other department administrative requirements.
- Oversee department’s employee training program, ensuring adherence to currency
- Manage EHS MS programs and other administrative requirements.
- Oversee department employee training.
- Manage performance issues when necessary.
- Develop and coach employees in order to retain and grow organizational talent.
- Support employees in their career development at Mosaic.
Requirements
- Possess department-specific understanding of process and equipment, articulate how a process works, and be able to teach and coach assigned team.
- Provide work direction to the team as well as timely and constructive feedback to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles, business goals and performance standards.
- What do you need for this role? High School/GED is required.
- Bachelor's is preferred In lieu of High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years’ experience, would consider bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience. Related
