Senior Manager, Capital Markets

Responsibilities

Manage debt funding operations.
Prepare legal documentation, monthly reporting on metrics, and working with partner banks/investors for deal compliance.
Manage customer account movement operations including moving account receivables from the issuing bank to our Master Trust structure.
Build out daily settlement with key stakeholders including working on building out a more efficient daily settlement procedure.
Own portfolio reporting and covenant management.
Build out process for securitization readiness of credit card receivables including working with rating agencies and investors.
Execute monthly reporting requirements and quarterly covenant certificates.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Management, Economics or a related field and six years of progressively responsible
experience in capital markets, corporate finance, job offered, or related occupation.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands.
The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to the corresponding compensation zone. Base Pay Range:
$235,435 - $245,000 per year
