- This role is for a mid-level individual contributor who brings strong UX fundamentals, solid visual and interaction design skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 3–5 years of
- experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role A portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking, strong problem framing, and clear design rationale Strong foundation in UX, UI, interaction design, information architecture, and workflow mapping Proficiency in Figma, including component usage and collaboration workflows
- Experience working within or contributing to design systems Ability to use research insights, usability feedback, and data to inform design decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Experience
- Experience designing enterprise or internal tools, particularly in data-heavy or regulated environments Exposure to client-facing product experiences
- Experience supporting usability testing or research activities Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery models Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or AI-enabled product experiences
- Experience with platforms such as Power Apps, Power BI, or similar enterprise tools Comfort collaborating across time zones and participating in working sessions during overlap hours
