Requirements
- Qualifications 4+ years of progressive billing or finance experience, ideally within a professional services environment Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken Strong understanding of contract-based billing models, including fixed fee and hourly structures Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Note

- This position sits at the intersection of finance and operations, working closely with Project Managers and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and strategic billing across a diverse portfolio of projects.

- Responsibilities You’ll manage end-to-end project billing, including preparing and issuing invoices aligned with contract terms In this role, you’ll review billing inputs such as hours, rates, and expenses to ensure accuracy and completeness You’ll partner with Project Managers to provide guidance on billing structure, WIP, and financial performance You’ll monitor project financial metrics, including aging WIP, receivables, and cash flow You’ll support reconciliation activities, including sub-consultant
