Responsibilities
- - Perform field inspections and verify work complies with project specifications, drawings, submittals, and company quality standards.
- - Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, contractors, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- - Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and installation practices for compliance and constructability concerns.
- - Monitor installation and testing activities for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, controls, and related building systems.
- - Track deficiencies and ensure timely resolution of non-conforming work.
- - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to construction quality, reliability, safety, and standardization.

- RESPONSIBILITIES - What You’ll Do - Support and execute QA/QC processes for construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects with a strong focus on MEP systems.
- QUALIFICATIONS - What You’ll Bring - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field required. - 5+ years of
- experience in construction, QA/QC, commissioning, facilities, or related project environments. - Strong understanding of MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, controls, and general building infrastructure. -
- Experience performing field inspections and supporting quality programs on active construction projects. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, P&IDs, and single-line diagrams. - Familiarity with construction sequencing, testing procedures, and turnover processes. - Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and contractors. -
- Experience with commissioning, industrial/manufacturing facilities, or mission-critical environments is a plus. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software preferred. - OSHA certification or industry quality certifications are a plus.
