Creator Operations Analyst - Grapevine

Responsibilities

  • Manage creator campaigns from creator sourcing through final asset delivery.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across dozens of simultaneous campaigns while ensuring creators have everything they need to execute successfully and on time.
  • Build and Grow Our Creator Network
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality creators into the Grapevine ecosystem. Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators across a variety of niches, ensuring a positive creator
  • Negotiate participation, communicate campaign requirements, troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure creators remain informed and engaged from onboarding through payment.
  • Drive Operational Excellence
  • Maintain and improve systems, workflows, and processes that support creator operations at scale.
  • Track campaign progress, monitor deadlines, manage documentation, and ensure operational accuracy across contracts, deliverables, creator profiles, and reporting.
  • Ensure Content Quality and Compliance
  • Review creator-submitted content to ensure it aligns with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, platform requirements, and quality standards.
  • Analyze Performance and Creator Insights
  • Track creator performance, campaign outcomes, and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 0–2 years of
  • experience across startups, performance marketing, talent management, consulting, or other growth-oriented industries.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends, with curiosity about how content, technology, and platform dynamics shape brand growth.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, UGC, social media platforms, and creator ecosystems.

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
  • The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
